Transition Process to SoundCurve.
1) Sign up online with the assistance of your rep.
2) You will receive a welcome email with a use guide and temporary number.
3) Receive pre-programmed hardware in the mail
4) Plug each phone into power and internet (do not remove your existing phone system, calls are not coming into SoundCurve phones yet)
5) The temporary phone number that points to your phone system is usually programmed to ring all phones initially (unless otherwise specified), you can immediately contact your rep to customize the phone system.
6) Once the phone system is configured to your specifications we recommend forwarding your existing phone number to the temporary number (we can help with this). After calls are coming into your new phones you can remove your old system.
7) Once the porting process is complete we will notify you that you can cancel your previous carrier.
