Here's how to check your voice mail remotely:
- You must call your business phone number and reach the specific extension number your want to check the voicemail for.
- Depending on how your phone system is set up this may be through an Auto Attendant message prompt or if someone picks up the phone at your office you can ask them to transfer you to your extension.
- Once you have reached your extension and hear your greeting - press the star key (*) on your key pad. Then when prompted enter your password. (We highly suggest changing your password away from the default password for security reasons.)
