Call Appearance Buttons

The row of translucent buttons beside the LCD screen on your Yealink phone are line keys. These buttons light up green when a call is active on that line.

Handling Multiple Calls

  • Answering a Second Call:

    • If you’re on a call and another call comes in, press the green illuminated line key for the new call.

    • This automatically places your current call on hold and answers the incoming call.

  • Toggling Between Calls:

    • Press the corresponding green line key to switch between calls.

    • Each press toggles you back and forth, placing the other call on hold.

  • Starting a New Call While on a Call:

    • Press the green line key for your current call to place it on hold.

    • Then select another line key and dial out to start a second call.

Creating a Conference Call

  • When two calls are active (one on hold, one live), a soft key labeled “Conf” will appear at the bottom of the LCD.

  • Press Conf to merge both calls into a single conference call.
