If you hear an “All Circuits Busy” message when placing an outbound call, this usually indicates a dialing or routing issue rather than a problem with your phone handset.
Step 1: Dial Using a Leading “1”
Most long-distance calls require a leading 1.
Example:
Instead of dialing(888) 456-9876
Dial1 (888) 456-9876
After adding the leading 1, try the call again.
Step 2: If the Issue Persists
If you already dialed with a leading 1 and still hear the message, the call may not be routing correctly.
At this point, our support team will need to review the call details. Please provide a call example that includes the extension number the call was placed from, the phone number dialed, and the date and approximate time of the call.
Step 3: Submit a Support Ticket
Please submit a support request and include one complete call example with the following information:
The full phone number you attempted to dial
The approximate date and time of the call
The extension number from which the call was placed
Providing this information allows SoundCurve Support to quickly trace the call and identify the cause.
