Monthly Billing Cycle

  • Invoices are sent to the billing email address you provided during sign-up, usually within the first few days of each month. You may update this Statement Delivery email address at any time.

  • Each invoice covers:

    • Current month’s services (e.g., March invoice = March service fees)

    • Any overages or international calls from the previous month

    • Applicable taxes

Example:
An invoice sent on March 1st includes:

  • Monthly service fees for March

  • Any international calls or overages from February

  • Taxes on the above items

Your First Invoice

When you signed up, your Sales Rep charged your card an estimated first-month amount. This amount is applied as a credit to your account.

Your first invoice, sent on or shortly after the first of the next month, will include:

  • The current month’s service fees

  • A pro-rated charge for the partial month when you first started service

  • Any international calls or overages from that partial month

  • Applicable taxes

  • A credit for the estimated payment collected at sign-up

Example:

  • If your service began on February 25th, you received 4 days of service in February.

  • Your first invoice on March 1st would include:

    • Full March service fees

    • A pro-rated charge for 4 days of February service

    • Any international calls or overages from February

    • Taxes

    • A credit for the amount already charged by your Sales Rep
