Within the first few days of each month you will receive an invoice at the billing email address you provided during sign up. Each invoice bills for services covering the current month and for any overages or international calls that took place during the previous month. For example, an invoice receive on March 1st will include:

  • All of your monthly services for the month of March
  • Any international calls or overages incurred during February
  • Any applicable taxes for the above



Your First Invoice


When you first signed up for SoundCurve your sales rep charged your card for an estimate of your first month of services*. This amount is applied to your account as a credit. When you receive your first bill on or shortly after the first day of the next month, it will include charges for the previous partial month and charges for the current month. For example:

If your start date was Feburary 25th, you received 4 days of service in February.

Your first invoice, received on March 1st, will include:

  • All of your monthly services for the month of March
  • A Pro-rated (4 days/30 days) charge for your services in Feb
  • Any international calls or overages incurred during February
  • Any applicable taxes for the above
  • A credit for the amount charged by your sales rep when you signed up.
