You can check your voicemail in several ways:

1. By Email

  • Your voicemail messages are delivered to the email address you provided to your Account Manager.

  • Open the email and play the attached audio file to listen.

  • Most emails should provide a message transcription.

  • If messages aren’t appearing, check your Spam/Junk folder.


2. From Your Desktop Phone/Softphone

  • Press the “Msg”, “Message”, or Envelope icon button on your Yealink phone (label varies by model).

  • Enter your voicemail password when prompted. If you need your password, please email: support@soundcurve.com


3. From Any Off-Network Phone (landline/cellphone, etc.)

  • Dial your SoundCurve phone number.

  • Navigate your phone tree until you reach the voicemail box needed.

  • When your voicemail greeting begins playing, press *.

  • Enter your voicemail password and follow the prompts to listen to your voicemails.


4. Online Through Your SoundCurve Account

  • Log in to your SoundCurve account using the credentials provided by your Account Manager.

  • Click the link provided by your representative and enter the username and password.

  • Your voicemail messages will be listed for playback or download.
