You may check voicemail via any of the following methods:
a. Your voicemail should be delivered to the email you provided your account manager. Simply open the attachment to listen to your voicemail. If your voicemail is not being delivered to your email and you have already provided your email address to us, check your Spam folder.
b. Press the “msg” button on your phone
c. From any phone, dial your SoundCurve phone number , press * during your outgoing voicemail greeting, then enter your voicemail password. Follow the prompts to listen to your voicemail
d. Log in to your SoundCurve account online (using the credentials provided by your account manager), then click the “PBX” tab. Your voicemail is listed for playback or download.
