You have two options for placing calls on hold:

1. Standard Hold

  • While on a call, press the Hold button on your phone.

  • The call is placed on hold, and only you can retrieve it by pressing the Resume or Hold button again.

2. Park a Call (Shared Hold)

  • To make a call available for anyone in your company to pick up, press the Park Call button.

  • The system will assign a park slot number (Line 1, Spot 1, Park 1that can be retrieved from another phone.

Note: On some phones, the Park Call button may not be labeled. If you don’t see it, please submit a support ticket for assistance.
