1. You may place a call on hold by pressing the “Hold” button on your phone while a call is in progress

2. You may place a call on hold and make it available to anyone else in your company by pressing the “Park Call” button. Note: this button may not be labeled depending on the phone you are using. Please submit a ticket for more information.
