1. To transfer a call current in progress, press the “xfer” or “transfer” button on your phone, then enter the extension or outside number you wish to transfer the call to. Hang up to complete the connection.

2. You may place a call on hold and make it available to anyone else in your company by pressing the “Park Call” button. Note: this button may not be labeled depending on the phone you are using. Please submit a ticket for more information.
