Transferring and Parking Calls on Yealink Phones
Please confirm your phone's model, then proceed.
1. Transferring a Call
On T4 Series Phones (e.g., T42U, T43U, T46S, T48U)
While on a call, two soft keys appear under the screen:
Transfer A → Attended transfer (introduce the call before connecting).
Transfer B → Blind transfer (send the call directly without announcing).
Steps:
Press Transfer A or Transfer B.
Enter the extension or outside number.
Transfer A: The caller is placed on hold, and the recipient rings. You may speak to them first, then press Transfer again to complete.
Transfer B: The call is sent immediately.
On T3 Series Phones (e.g., T31P, T33G, T30P)
The LCD will only show a single Transfer soft key.
Steps:
While on a call, press Transfer.
Dial the extension or outside number.
Choose one of two methods:
Attended Transfer: Wait for the recipient to answer. Announce the call, then press Transfer again.
Blind Transfer: Press Transfer a second time immediately after dialing to send the call without waiting.
2. Parking a Call (T3 & T4 Series)
While on a call, press the Park Call key (if programmed on your phone).
The system will assign a park slot number (displayed on screen as either Park 1, Line 1, Slot 1, etc.).
Other users can pick up the call by:
Dialing the red lit slot number: Park 1, Line 1, Slot 1, or
Pressing their Retrieve Park button (if programmed).
Note: Some phones may not show a labeled Park key. In that case, open a support ticket to have one configured.
