How do I set up my voicemail? Print

1. On the extension you wish to record outgoing voicemail greetings, pick up the phone and dial *97 (or press the “msg” button)

2. When prompted, enter your password (default is 1234)

3. Press 0 for advanced options

4. Follow the prompts to record your voicemail greetings
