Problem:

Resolution Steps
Log out of the Sangoma Phone app
Right-click the Sangoma Phone icon in your system tray (bottom-right corner of Windows).
Select Log Out.

A reboot clears background processes, resets memory, and helps the app start clean.
Reopen and log in to Sangoma Phone
Launch the app again and enter your credentials.
If you don’t remember your password, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset it.
